This area with rich in natural and cultural heritage was opened for the trekkers very recently. The trek begins from Gorkha circling the entire. Manaslu Larke-La Pass trekking is one of the remote and high-pass adventures in Nepal.Trekking around Manaslu, known as “three peaks”, offers a unique long view of Himalayas. It provides spectacular beauty along the border of Nepal and China and is now a controlled trekking route, which allows organized trekking groups with special permits to venture round its spectacular circuit. The trek offers insight of primitive Tibetan influenced culture and tradition as well as magnificent mountain views and spectacular beauty along the border of Nepal and China.

Gorkha, the ancient historic town, is the traditional starting point for Manaslu trek that goes up to the Budhi Gandaki valley through rough gorges slicing between Himchuli (7890m) and Ganesh Himal (7429m) northwards and passes beautiful alpine meadows including small typical Tibetan villages with rows of the prayer wheels and Mani stones beneath sweeping North Face of Manaslu. The trek takes you to one of the most dramatic Himalayan high-altitude pass called “Larke-La 5350m” from where you are rewarded with stunning panoramic views of Himlung Himal (7126m), Manaslu & the Annapurna peaks, with the peaks of Ganesh Himal to the east

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of A One Nepal Trek will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing about the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.[Hotel +breakfast]

Day 02: Kathmandu city tour and final prepare for trekking.

Which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley – famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones and metals.

Pashupatinath: It is one of the most known holy places for Hindu pilgrims in Kathmandu valley. The whole vicinity of Pashupatinath is densed with ages old pagoda model temples with golden plated roofs and the gorgeous woodcarvings on the doors and windows. To the south of the temple, the holy Bagmati river flows down sweeping the burnt dust of dead bodies produced from the cremation on its side. A small green holy wood forest breeze maintains the site cool all the time.

Boudhanath: It is one of the nice places to visit in Kathmandu valley, which has the biggest stupa. When someone enters the gate the holy prayer to sense peace is heard all around. All the Buddhists want to visit Boudhanath to feel the real sense of Buddhism. Boudhanath Stupa – one of biggest stupas in the valley, has been built on 17th Century.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Around the square there are some temples stood upright piercing the sky canopy and through the thousands of pigeon they spread the message of peace. Kumari temple is one of the most important parts of the square site where the ‘Living Goddess’ resides. Apart from those temples, a museum will be waiting for its visitors with an opportunity to unravel the treasures unabashedly. To visit this site is to know the historical facts of Nepal.

Soyambhunath: It is also known as ‘Monkey Temple’. The wide area of Soyambhunath is a hillock surrounded by small forest with some golden temples of Lord Buddha at the western gate and a main temple at the top of the hill. The most interesting thing with Soyambhunath is the nice view of Kathmandu valley to be seen from the top of the hill. Various kinds and sizes of monkeys are seen guarding the hillock. A lot of monasteries with big prayer wheels are the main attraction for the visitors.[Hotel+Breakfast]

Day 03: Kathmandu to Aarughat.

We will begin the trekking early in the morning. We will catch the local bus to Arughat which will take about 8 to 9 hours of exciting journey. The trail goes through the Prithivi highway, which will serve us beautiful sceneries all around us. We will have our lunch on the way. We will follow the way towards Aarughat from Dhadingbeshi. Day 04: Aarughat to Soti Khola

From Aarughat, we will begin our trekking to the Manaslu region. We will follow the way towards the Soti khola which goes through the cultivated farms and through the beautiful Gurung villages of the region. We will see the first glimpse of Shringi Himal from Shanti Bazaar. We will cross the suspension bridge to spend the night over there. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

Day 05: Soti Khola to Machha Khola

After having the breakfast at Soti Khola, we will trek towards the Machha Khola following the way for about 6 hours. The trail follows the forest and the settlements of Liding and Lapubesi. The trail will continue following the snow melted glaciers and other rocky mountains and the night to spend at Machha Khola. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

Day 06: Machha Khola to Dovan

From Machha khola, we will follow the rolling trail to cross several streams of the way. We will reach at Khola Besi after a walk for several hours. We will have our lunch there and will follow towards the suspension bridge to clear the night at Dovan at 1070m. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 07: Dovan to Philim.

From Dovan, we will catch the steeply rocky trail which will continue towards the Yara khola. After crossing the long suspension bridges of here, we will reach at Jagat.  From Jagat, we will enter into the Manaslu conservation area. Along with the way, we will see the dramatic view of Shringi Himal to our top. The night will be spending at Philim. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 08: Philim to Deng.

From Philim, we will walk in front towards the Deng. We can get the mesmerizing view of mountains through our naked eyes throughout the way. We need to cross the suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River to catch the forest to Deng   at 1860m. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 09: Deng to Namrung.

After crossing the Budhi Gandaki River, our trekking for the day begins. We will climb towards the trail from Bhi and move towards the west of Budhi Gandaki. The trail passes through the forests and Mani walls. We will take the route that goes through the Prok village. We will view the beautiful picture of Shringi Himal from the view point. We need to cross Budhi Gandaki River for many times today. We should continue our trek until we reach to Namrung from Deng after a trekking of about 6 to 7 hours. The night will be at Namrung. Day 10: Namrung to Samagaon.

Early morning at Namrung, we will be busy to view the glorious view of Siring and Ganesh Himal. We will walk through the pass to reach to Lihi after crossing some beautiful forest and villages covered with the chortens and barley fields. We will enjoy the view of Manaslu Himal from Lho village. After continuing along walk for about 8 to 9 hours, we will be at Samagaon for the night. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 11: Samagaon to Pungyen Gompa and back to Samagaon.

The day can be taken as exploration day of Samagaon. We will get the close up view of Sherpa community living here. We will surely enjoy the presence of thousands chortens hanging over the way and beautifully painted walls. We can hike towards the Pungyen Gompa. Pungyen actually means bracelet, a good description of two peaks. The night will be back to Samagaon after the full day exploration. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 12: Samagaon to Samdo.

From Samagaon, we will descend towards the Budi Gandaki River.  The trail to north leads us towards the Manasalu base camp. The way goes towards the forest of juniper and birch. We will make our way us and downs viewing some dazzling view around us. The continue trail will leads us to Samdo at 3860m. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

Day 13: Samdo to Dharmasala.

From Samdo, we continue our trail down the edge to cross the Budi Gandaki River in the wooden bridge. We will witness the beautiful Larkya glacier and after that we need to climb towards the stone guest house which is also called Dharmasala. The trek of today is comparatively short from Samdo to Dharmasala at 4460m with the walking hour of about 4 to 5 hours. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 14: Dharmasala to Larkya la to Bimtang.

After a short climb up from the Dharmasala, we will reach to the north side of the Larkya glaciers from where we can view the great view of Cho Danda and Larkya peak. From the pass, we can see the astonishing view of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru Himal and the Annapurna II. The trekking is longer than usual as it goes towards the Bimtang walking for about 8 to 9 hours. The night will be strenuous after a long walk at Bimtang. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 15: Bimtang to Tilije.

After enjoying the spectacular view of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Himlung Himal and Cheo Himal, we descend further towards the Sangure Kharka followed by the bridge of Dudh Khola. We walk through the rhododendron forest and will reach to the cultivated area at Karche. After walking a short distance from Karche, we will reach at Gho village. We will continue to walk until we reach to Tilije to rest at one of the lodges.

Day 16: Tilije to Tal.

From Tilije, we will climb over the small ridge enjoying the stone paved ways. We need to cross the Dudh Khola from the bridge and to climb over the Thonje village. There is a police check point at the village. We will move towards the Dharapani to come across the village of Karte. We will walk for about 5 to 6 hours to reach to Tal at 1700m.  Day 17: Tal to Syange.

Tal is a very beautiful village. We will wake up early in the morning to view some of the scenic beauty of Tal village. Then we move following the trail to Chamje village crossing the Marsyangdi village. The trail then descends through the forest of rhododendron and pine to Syange. The night will be glorious at Syange at 1080m. Today, we trek for about 6 to 7 hours. [Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner+ Local lodge]

 Day 18: Syange to Kathmandu.

From Syange, we can catch the drive to Kathmandu through the Besisahar which offers us the opportunity of watching and enjoying some scenic beauty all over the way. We will be at Kathmandu within a interval of 8 to 9 hours. The night will be at one of the best hotel arranged by A Nepal Trek. If we got some time then we will surely enjoy the celebration party of Manaslu circuit trek. [Breakfast +Lunch+ Hotel]

 Day 19: Final Departure.

After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. A One Nepal Trek will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure.  We wish for your better journey ahead.[Breakfast]

Safety – Health- facility:
Our first goal is “first safety” for all of our clients and staff. We have smartly experienced friendly and knowledge able workers team. All they are well trained and must of they are license holder Guides. We arrange first aid. Also the area has heath post on every day, and main hospital is not farther than maximum 8 hrs, from any part. We can use a quick drive on ruff road, carry by the people, take a horse ride, and arrange the Helicopter at our needed as per the emergency encase. The physical walk is 6 hours average per day with mini bag with your valued things average 2-5 kg.

Local lodge during the Trek:
All accommodations are Tea-house twin/group sharing basis in local house based on standard of hygiene, and clean of tourist standard available. There are mostly shame styles of accommodations during our trekking. Nice kitchen supplies all types’ food and beverage.

Meals and Water:
During our Trek, we can enjoy typical Nepali food; different ethnic cuisines as well as all types of international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, & usually local typical.) are from the menu as per local supplement. Lodge has well trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates, variety of breads, variety of drinks, and snacks. You could have able to buy bottled water from every settlement. Even we would like to support you to pay for local purifying water cheaper with that’s help to controlled plastic pollution. Also the boiled water, or running fresh water with your peals or filtering is much recommended.
